The Danish tyre and workshop chain, Super Dæk Service, has entered into an agreement to acquire nine Euromaster branches.
Effective immediately, these nine Euromaster branches will be rebranded as Super Dæk Service.
“We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement to acquire 9 selected Euromaster branches and approximately 50 employees. We believe that through this acquisition, we can strengthen our journey towards becoming Denmark’s premier tyre and workshop chain, benefiting Danish car owners and our business customers,” states John Hornbech Christensen, CEO of Super Dæk Service.
“With these 9 branches, our geographical coverage becomes even better, aligning with our goal to be a nationwide tyre and workshop chain with high accessibility for our customers,” he further elaborates.
More value for customers
The 9 new Super Dæk Service branches are spread across four new locations in Jutland and five new ones in Zealand. All branches will operate under the new name starting from September 4, 2023.
“Super Dæk Service extends a warm welcome to our highly skilled new employees, who bring substantial experience with them. We look forward to integrating all these new talents and competencies into our workshop chain, collaboratively creating more value for our customers and strengthening Super Dæk Service as an attractive and ambitious workplace,” says Christensen.
The new Super Dæk Service branches are located in Aalborg, Viborg, Skive, Vejle, Holbæk, Taastrup, Roskilde, Næstved, and Copenhagen SV. Super Dæk Service is owned by the NDI Group A/S that in 2021 applied for acquiring Euromaster Denmark (as described in Tyre Trade news, among others) https://tyretradenews.co.uk/news/super-daek-service-and-euromaster-denmark-to-create-the-best-tyre-and-auto-service-chain/
