ZC Rubber has developed its global customer service system for tyre dealers. The online platform is designed to serve as a one-stop solution for tyre information, marketing support and after-sales service, serving all brands under ZC Rubber, including Westlake, Goodride, Chaoyang, Trazano, Arisun, Yartu.
The platform provides easy access to product information and relevant marketing supportive materials, and its newsfeed keeps users up-to-date with the latest company news and new product launches.
It provides more convenient and efficient after-sales service with an online tyre claim process. Users can file a claim by filling in a tyre failure report in the customer service system and monitoring the claim’s status in real time.
ZC Rubber also supports all partners and dealers to expand sales to fleets and end users. The platform will soon feature advertising program support for dealers. Besides, test tyres are available for newly launched products, and dealers can apply for test tyres through this online platform.

The platform was first launched in July this year and is available through the ZC Rubber customer service website. It requires users to log on with their ZC Rubber accounts.
