ZAFCO, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of automotive tyres, batteries, and lubricants, has announced the appointment of Mr. Hee Se Ahn as an Independent Director to its Board, effective January 1, 2026.
Mr. Ahn is a seasoned global executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in the international tyre industry. His expertise spans overseas sales, strategic marketing, and regional management across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Prior to joining ZAFCO, Mr. Ahn served as Executive Vice President at Nexen Tire and earlier as Managing Director at Hankook Tire, based in Seoul, South Korea. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving international growth, strengthening global market presence, and leading cross-regional teams. He is widely regarded as a respected authority within the global tyre industry.
