Yokohama’s high-performance ADVAN Sport V107 has played a starring role in Vicki Butler-Henderson’s review of the updated BMW M2 (G87) on DriverReviews, Europe’s largest verified tyres review platform.
As Vicki Butler-Henderson highlights in her test drive, the ADVAN Sport V107 road tyres, which are fitted to the 480hp M2 she is test driving, were developed in close collaboration with BMW, as denoted by the star symbol on the tyre’s sidewall.
Supplied as original equipment tyres for the BMW M2 high-performance compact sports car, the ADVAN Sport V107 was developed on the demanding Nürburgring and has received the EU labelling system’s highest “A” grade for wet performance.
Meanwhile, in Vicki Butler-Henderson’s insightful review, she also underlines how the tyre, which has been developed to deliver grip, stability and precision at speed, has received a rating of 4.6 stars out of five from drivers on the DriverReviews platform.
Mat Wilkinson, Sales Director at Yokohama, said: “Yokohama has built an enviable reputation with drivers in Europe, and around the world, for delivering exceptional levels of high performance, as clearly demonstrated by the ADVAN Sport V107.”
“It was great to watch Vicki Butler-Henderson putting the M2 through its paces, which she clearly enjoyed, and also see the ADVAN Sport V107 taking centre stage.”
Other benefits of the ADVAN Sport V107, which is available in sizes from 18-24 inches, include an exclusive tread pattern, improved mound profile, a matrix body ply structure and a power crown belt cover.
Meanwhile, Adam Butcher from DriverReviews added: “Reviewers on our platform have rated Yokohama’s ADVAN Sport V107 tyre very positively, so it’s always great to have well-respected driving experts such as Vicki, experience its performance first-hand too.”
