The 15th consecutive edition of TyreXpo Asia Bangkok returned to Thailand in May 2026, alongside the debut of AutoMROtive, at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
Organised by Informa Markets, TyreXpo Asia Bangkok and AutoMROtive 2026 brought together 7,645 industry professionals from 71 countries over three days, reaffirming their position as leading platforms for the tyre, automotive aftermarket, repair equipment, tools, parts, and accessories industries.
A key highlight of the 2026 edition was the launch of AutoMROtive, a dedicated platform focused on the future of automotive maintenance, repair, and operations. The event showcased the latest advancements in workshop solutions, diagnostic equipment, automotive tools, and emerging technologies that are reshaping the aftermarket sector. Its impact was further strengthened through strategic co-location with Future Mobility Thailand, INTERMACH, SUBCON Thailand, and Plastics & Rubber Thailand.
The exhibition featured over 100 exhibitors from the tyre and automotive sectors, attracting manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, importers, and exporters from across Asia and beyond. Visitors represented a diverse range of industries, including automotive, logistics, transportation, agriculture, fleet management, construction, and mining. Throughout the three-day event, exhibitors and visitors reported strong business engagement, quality networking opportunities, and promising lead generation.
Industry feedback reflected the event’s continued value as a regional business platform including comments: “It’s an ideal place to meet new business connections. TyreXpo Asia is now an established venue in Asia. It’s a great business experience being at the show and we have received a lot of interest in our products and services.”
Beyond the exhibition floor, delegates benefited from a comprehensive conference programme. With the Tyre Seminar featured expert speakers discussing key developments across the global tyre industry, whilst the AutoMROtive Conference brought together industry leaders to share insights on future automotive trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving landscape of maintenance, repair, and aftermarket operations.
The event was officially opened by Mr. Akanat Promphan, Thailand’s Minister of Energy, who highlighted the importance of collaboration between government, industry, and technology providers as Thailand continues its transition towards a more sustainable and innovative automotive future.
Reflecting on the event’s success, Mr. Sukumar Verma, Manging Director of Informa Markets Singapore, stated that the ASEAN tyre industry is undergoing significant transformation, driven by changing customer expectations, sustainability priorities, operational efficiency, and advanced service technologies. As competition increasingly shifts beyond price alone, businesses must focus on service quality, speed, reliability, and total vehicle lifecycle value.
