Toyota GB has appointed Worcestershire-based alloy wheel protection specialist AlloyGator as an approved aftermarket accessory provider for its UK dealership network.
UK Toyota dealerships will offer AlloyGator wheel protection products to both new and used car customers. The announcement was made after AlloyGator spent over 12 months training Toyota’s sales and maintenance personnel at the Japanese car manufacturer’s national training centre, coupled with field-based training sessions conducted at selected dealerships.
AlloyGator has been manufacturing and marketing alloy wheel protection products to the UK and overseas for over thirteen years and has a presence in the US, Europe, South-East Asia, and Australasia. It distributes its products via car dealerships, detailing networks, garages and direct to consumer.
The alloy wheel protection rims are manufactured in the UK from highly durable blended nylon composite with added UV stabiliser and impact modifier which enables strength and durability in variable climates. The rims protect alloy wheels from scuffs and scrapes and were the brainchild of founder and MD, Curt Rathbone.
