The latest model from tyre brand PRINX has successfully passed TÜV SÜD’s demanding tests. The steer, drive and trailer axle versions of the long-haul XELERA EcoLine now officially carry the TÜV SÜD certification mark.
Fresh from the test laboratory: The PRINX TBR tyre XELERA EcoLine has been officially TÜV SÜD-certified. All three axle versions of the tyre were tested: steer, drive and trailer. In addition to rolling resistance, wet grip and noise emissions, their robustness was also tested. The official test data are currently being incorporated into all relevant PRINX product and marketing materials and will be published shortly.

Just two months ago, the Thailand-produced long-haul truck tyre celebrated its world premiere. It was presented to an exclusive group of partners and members of the press at this year’s Tire Cologne. The XELERA EcoLine focuses on maximum fuel efficiency. In addition, thanks to its XChip technology, it provides fleet operators with live data on critical parameters such as tyre pressure, temperature, load, mileage and tread depth. In just a few weeks, the XELERA EcoLine in all three axle versions will be exhibited at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover marking its first presentation to a broad public audience.
