Job Summary

Prinx Chengshan are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – TBR to lead and expand our TBR tyre business in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Luxembourg, and Netherlands. The successful candidate should be based within the responsible region and play a key role in driving sales growth by developing distribution networks, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and executing brand and product strategies in line with company objectives. This is a strategic, field-based role requiring strong market development skills, hands-on engagement with customers, and frequent travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for TBR tyres to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new distributors, truck/bus fleets, retread partners, and service networks in the region
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers through regular visits, jointbusiness planning, and performance reviews
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning for TBR products
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product management, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery, credit management, and high customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and customer insights to management
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, transport/logistics exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence
  • Collect and report market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activities, regulatory and fleet operation changes)
  • Execute TBR product launch and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, credit terms, and operational standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience in the tyre industry, preferably in the TBR segment
  • Based in one of the countries within the region
  • Proven track record in channel development, fleet sales, and key account management
  • Strong existing network of TBR tyre dealers, distributors, or fleet customers in the region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and execution capability
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • German language is mandatory; fluency in English
  • Preferable: Experience in container business (managing full-container-load orders, different incoterms, overseas factory coordination)

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of TBR tyre specifications, application segments (long-haul, regional, on/off-road), and technical performance attributes
  • Experience in fleet management solutions, mileage contracts, and after sales support for commercial vehicles Market intelligence gathering and competitive benchmarking skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to exceed targets
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working in an international business environment
