Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – PCR to lead and expand our PCR tyre business in the Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands. The successful candidate should be based within the responsible region and play a key role in driving sales growth by developing channels, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and executing brand and product strategies in line with company objectives. This is a strategic, field-based role requiring strong market development skills, a hands-on approach, and frequent travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for PCR tyres to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets

Identify, recruit, and develop new distributors, dealers, and retail partners in the region

Maintain and grow key account relationships through regular visits, joint business planning, and performance reviews

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product management, and marketing) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Provide regular sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and customer insights to management

Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence

Collect and report market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes)

Execute product launch and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team

Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, credit terms, and operational standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry, preferably in PCR segment

  • Based in one of the countries within the region

Proven track record in channel development and key account management

Strong existing network of PCR tyre dealers, distributors, or retail partners in the region

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and execution capability

Willingness to travel frequently within the region

German language is mandatory, Fluency in English

Preferable: Experience in container business (managing full-container-load orders, different incoterms, overseas factory coordination)

Proficiency with CRM platforms

Strong understanding of PCR tyre specifications, performance attributes, and technical applications

Market intelligence gathering and competitive benchmarking skills

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to exceed targets
