Job Summary

Prinx Chengshan are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre business across Europe. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in industrial or heavy-duty tyre sales, exceptional market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in sectors such as mining, construction, and logistics. Given the specialised nature of the OTR segment, the ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strategic sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for OTR tyres across Europe.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing technical support and product knowledge.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and products.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Provide feedback to product development teams to align offerings with market demands.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OTR, heavy equipment, or industrial tyre industry. Experience in agriculture is a plus.

Strong network within the mining, construction, or logistics sectors.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Technical proficiency in tyre specifications, applications, and performance metrics.

Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and

digital sales tools.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and product data.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
