Omni United has announced the appointment of Olli Seppälä as the Global head of R&D. Olli brings with him vast expertise in passenger, light truck and heavy-duty tyres. Among other things he will be instrumental in driving Omni’s product research, design, development as well as testing. This move comes as the company is heavily investing in research and new product development with the goal of making premium products more accessible to its customers.
Prior to joining Omni, Olli spent close to 20 years with Nokian Tyres where he started his career as a junior engineer and went on to become the Global Head of R&D. He has a proven track record in innovation and is a certified leadership and business coach.
