NEXEN TIRE, a global leader in the tyre industry, has announced a series of leadership appointments across its European organisation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its market presence, enhancing customer focus, and driving sustainable growth throughout the region.
As part of these changes, Dr. Guido Hüffer has been appointed as Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE Germany, effective August 1. Dr. Hüffer brings more than 18 years of leadership experience within the tyre industry, where he held a variety of national and international management positions. Throughout his career, he has focused on sales management, retail and franchise management, S&OP management, and business development. In his new role, he will focus on driving the expansion of the NEXEN TIRE brand across the DACH region, strategically developing the business across customer channels, and supporting the company’s long-term growth through a strong customer and market focus, collaborative leadership, and a pragmatic approach.
In Germany, Jeffrey Kim will continue in his role as Vice President of Europe Sales Central & East at NEXEN TIRE Europe, further strengthening the company’s presence in one of its key European markets. He will continue to oversee the company’s sales strategy and business development across Central and Eastern Europe, supporting regional growth and strengthening customer relationships.
In Poland, Ricky Lee has been appointed as Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE Poland, succeeding Taehoon Lee. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the Polish organisation, further expanding the company’s market position, and driving sustainable business growth while strengthening partnerships with dealers.
In France and Spain, HyunJe Cho has been appointed as Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE France & Spain, succeeding Francis (Woo Sung) Ham. He will oversee the company’s operations and sales activities in both markets, with a focus on further developing the business, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting continued growth in Southern Europe.
