Nexen Tire, a global leader in tyre manufacturing, is thrilled to unveil a new motorsport experience program at the legendary Nurburgring. This initiative aims to offer customers and consumers an immersive product experience, demonstrating the exceptional grip and superior traction of Nexen Tires.
The innovative program highlights Nexen Tire’s advanced technology, featuring high-speed taxi rides in a Porsche Cayman S reaching speeds up to 270 km/h, tickets to the Nurburgring Langstrecken Series (NLS) races, and access to an exclusive hospitality tent.
To promote this exciting program, Nexen Tire has released new content featuring German television host Maxi Sarwas, showcasing Nexen Tire’s new motorsport experience program. “We are excited to offer this unique experience that highlights the cutting-edge technology and performance of our tyres,” said DC Kim, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe at Nexen Tire. “This program reflects our commitment to engaging with our customers and demonstrating the high standards of our products by providing them the opportunity to experience this firsthand with a race-taxi lap on the legendary Nurburgring track.”
Applications for the program can be made through Nexen Tire representatives. Regular operations and related promotions are set to begin in the second half of the year. The Adrenalin Motorsport Team #396 has started the 2024 season on a high note, winning 4 out of 8 regular races. The strong partnership between Nexen Tire and Adrenalin Motorsport continues to yield impressive results for both parties.
In last year’s season highlight, the team achieved a class victory in the V6 category at the 24-hour race at Nurburgring and secured the top position among all production cars (V classes). This year, Nexen Tire will again participate in the upcoming 24-hour race in the V6 class at Nurburgring, hosting over 60 guests to witness the event. Building on last year’s success, drivers Christian Büllesbach, Andreas Schettler, Carlos Arimon, and Stefan Kruse are determined to deliver another strong performance.
The new motorsport experience program aligns with Nexen Tire’s European experience initiative at its Czech Republic factory, showcasing the production capabilities of the Europe Plant.
