Nexen Tire, a global leader in the tyre industry, announced a strategic organisational realignment designed to further reinforce its European Headquarters and enhance the operational effectiveness of its sales and marketing functions across the region. As part of this restructuring, the company has established a new overarching position responsible for both European sales and marketing, named the Europe Sales Regional Sector.
Jeff Roh, Vice President of Europe Sales & Marketing, has been appointed to lead this newly created role. He will oversee all sales and marketing activities throughout Europe, a move expected to significantly accelerate decision-making and strengthen cross-regional coordination.
This realignment also reflects the company’s commitment to continued growth in Germany and Eastern Europe.
Jeffrey (Sang Jun) Kim, formerly the Managing Director of Nexen Tire Germany, has been promoted to Vice President of Europe Sales Central & East at Nexen Tire Europe. In his expanded role, he will continue to succeed his previous responsibilities as Managing Director of Nexen Tire Germany, while also supervising Nexen Tire Czech Republic, Nexen Tire Poland, and Nexen Tire CIS.
Peter Gulow, Vice President of Europe Central & East, will be in the advisory position which gives strategic guidance to the Europe Central & East. With his new role, more than 30 years of his experience in the industry will be leveraged to the most to help boost Nexen Tire’s sales in the central and east of Europe.
These organisational adjustments reinforce Nexen Tire Europe’s ambition to strengthen its market position and elevate functional performance across the organisation. With the refined structure in place, Nexen Tire is positioned to enhance collaboration, maintain exceptional service standards, and respond more effectively to the opportunities and challenges of the European market.
