Nexen Tire, a leading global tyre manufacturer, announces its latest original equipment partnership with Stellantis, supplying tyres for the Citroën C5 and C5 Aircross models. This marks another significant milestone in Nexen Tire’s expanding presence in the European OE market.
Under this new agreement, Nexen Tire’s N’fera Sport high-performance summer tyre has been approved for factory installation on Citroën’s popular C-segment SUVs. The tyres are being produced at Nexen’s European plant in the Czech Republic, ensuring top-tier manufacturing quality, sustainability and supply reliability.
The factory installation fitment applies to the Citroën C5 and C5 Aircross vehicles. The selected tyre is the Nexen N’fera Sport, sized 225/60R18 104V XL, and classified as a summer tyre.
The N’FERA Sport is engineered for high-speed stability, exceptional braking performance, and superior wet handling, making it an ideal match for the dynamic characteristics and comfort of the Citroën C5 series.
It is also one of Nexen Tire’s most awarded tyre patterns, recognised with multiple prestigious test accolades in 2025, including:
• ADAC: N’fera Sport achieved “Good” rating in size 225/40 R18 92 Y in the ADAC Summer Tyre Test 2025
• AutoBild Sportscars: N’fera Sport achieved “Good” rating in size 245/35 R20 and 295/30 R20 in the AutoBild’s Summer Tyre Test 2025
• TCS (Touring Club Switzerland): N’fera Sport achieved “Very recommendable” rating in size 225/40 R18 92 Y/W in TCS Summer Tyre Test 2025
• ÖAMTC: N’fera Sport achieved “Good” rating in size 225/40 R18 92 Y/W in the ÖAMTC Summer Tyre Test 2025
These accolades confirm the N’fera Sport’s strong reputation for premium quality and consistent performance under both independent test conditions and everyday use.
