The exceptional 6-year warranty term is facilitated and enabled through the unique Sailun production quality control system.
Sailun Tyre are delighted to announce the introduction of a new 6-year product guarantee on all of its Sailun and RoadX truck tyres. The guarantee is valid from 01.11.2019.
The guarantee has the following key components:
- The Sailun truck tyre guarantee applies to all replacement truck tyres that are used in road traffic and are classified with the serial and DOT number
- Under this guarantee, all eligible tires are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials
- This guarantee is valid for the service life of the original tread depth up to the wear limit of 1.6 mm
- If the original tread wear is 2 mm or less, the refund will be 100% of the Sailun purchase price. If a tire is worn more than 2 mm and there is a guarantee claim, the Sailun Group will refund the tire pro rata. We will multiply the percentage of the remaining usable tread by the current Sailun purchase price at the time of submission of the claim to the Sailun Group.
