Mitas and Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS), will showcase a range of tyre solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of modern farming at the Royal Norfolk Show 2026, taking place on 24–25 June at the Norfolk Showground in Norwich.
HCFS solutions tailored to a wide range of applications. Together, they will highlight products designed to help farmers manage increasing machinery demands while maintaining operational efficiency in the field and on the road.
Leading the display will be the new VF 710/75R42 GRANTERRA, the first size in Mitas’ new tyre range for high-horsepower tractors. GRANTERRA features VF PFO technology, a new tread design and reinforced carcass construction. Mitas states that the tyre has been developed to provide enhanced traction, improved stability and reduced soil compaction while supporting the demands of modern farming operations.
Also featured will be the VF 480/80R46 HC2000, Mitas’ VF tyre for high-performance tractors. Designed for operation at lower inflation pressures, the HC2000 combines increased load-carrying capacity with a large contact area to help improve traction efficiency and reduce soil compaction. The tyre also incorporates Mitas’ Hexa-Core technology, developed to enhance rim fitment and durability under demanding agricultural conditions.
For trailer and implement operations, visitors will be able to see both the VF 560/60R22.5 AGRITERRA ULTRA Soil Protector and 560/60R22.5 AGRITERRA ULTRA. Designed specifically for modern agricultural implements and trailers, these tyres provide high load-carrying capacity while helping minimise soil compaction and improve transport efficiency.
The display will also include the 600/70R30 SFT, one of Mitas’ most recognised high-performance tractor tyres, designed to deliver excellent traction, flotation and ride comfort in demanding field conditions.
David Miller, Sales Director UK & Ireland at Yokohama TWS, commented: “Farmers are increasingly focused on balancing productivity with long-term soil health. The Royal Norfolk Show provides an excellent opportunity to discuss how the latest tyre technology can help achieve both objectives, whether that’s through VF technology, improved flotation or increased load-carrying capacity.”
As one of the UK’s largest agricultural events, the Royal Norfolk Show continues to provide a valuable platform for Mitas and HCFS to engage directly with farmers and contractors, sharing expertise and demonstrating solutions that help support efficient and sustainable farming operations.
