Maxam Tire are to expand its forestry tyre portfolio with the introduction of the MS934, a new series for forwarders and skidders, and the MS936 TimberXtra, for skidders and feller bunchers. Both series are engineered to deliver exceptional traction, flotation and durability for forestry applications operating in different terrains and conditions.
The MS936 TimberXtra features an aggressive LS2 tread pattern, specifically engineered to tackle muddy terrains with excellent traction and flotation. Its reinforced tyre construction and optimised tread profile also provide added stability and durability, delivering consistent performance even in severe and muddy environments. To further extend service life and performance on skidders, the lug design and crown profile have been optimised for extended wear performance in all conditions.
The MS936 will also have the new 35.5L32 30PR, 67/34.00X25 20PR and 67/34.00X26 20PR sizes coming soon as well.
MAXAM is also introducing the MS934, an LS2 cut-to-length logging tyre featuring an optimised, open centre tread pattern, specifically designed to integrate with forestry over-the-tyre track systems. Like all MAXAM’s forestry solutions, the MS934 features nylon-wrapped bead to prevent unwinding. To maximise stability, the MS934 encompasses a wider lug shoulder and increased shoulder spacing, creating a more stable footprint.
