Mr Pancher as Sales and Marketing Director is now part of the senior management, and reports to Mr Riccardo Mastronardi, CEO of the Company.

Mr Pancher is a well-known manager in the military vehicles industry, with 15 years of experience in the field. He has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with specialisation in Material Science.
