Cullompton based Re:Fuel hosted a special event on Saturday that saw visitors educated in the world of tyre manufacturing.
Falken Tyres, the Japanese tyre brand who are distributed exclusively by Micheldever Tyre Services (who have a local depot in Exeter), are the sponsor of the venue, and car enthusiasts turned up to see the latest top-quality rubber on offer as well as finding out more about Falken.
Re:Fuel Director & Founder Dan Regan said the event brought both “petrolheads and passers-by” to the only dedicated Cars, Bikes and Coffee venue in the region.
“Falken are a massive brand globally and are now recognised in the UK. We wanted our customers to see and experience first-hand the quality of their products, but also give them a background on the history of the manufacturer and why they are a great equivalent to some of the more famous tyre brands.
“Events like this are great for bringing people together, many of those who attended didn’t know much about Falken, have now enquired about which garages in the area stock the tyres!”
MTS staff gave presentations about the products during the day and highlighted the quality of the tyres.
