ETB Goes Platinum to Record Customer Service Award Success

ETB Autocentres has gone platinum in its efforts to provide a memorable motoring experience, courtesy of a prestigious award for its ‘world-class’ customer service.

The network has scooped the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the first time, in honour of the retail experience created for customers over the past 12 months. The award is an independent seal of excellence and ETB qualified to win having recorded more than 50 ratings of between 4.5 and 4.9 between January 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022.

Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. They are unique because they truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.

Working with over 6,000 brands, Feefo is the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, helping brands understand customers by analysing verified reviews and providing insight into trends, needs and habits.

The Feefo platinum award can also be supplemented by a host of positive Google reviews, with an average score of 4.72 out of 5 received from 6,695 customers. And on Facebook, an average score of 4.8 out of 5 has been recorded from 279 reviews.
