Davanti Tyres & Sterling Automotive’s CV Show Debut

The Commercial Vehicle Show returns this year with Davanti Tyres and their partners – automotive design house Sterling Automotive Design – making their debuts.

On August 31 British tyre manufacturer Davanti will showcase its latest fresh product – the all-season Vantoura 4-Seasons van tyre at the NEC in Birmingham.

Vantoura will join Davanti’s Protoura Sport – for van conversions, DX440 van tyre and Terratoura A/T tyre – for commercial pickups. This will be the first time Davanti’s entire commercial vehicle tyre range has been exhibited together.

Davanti Tyres will be joined on Stand 5D95 by automotive designers Sterling Automotive, who for the last three years have collaborated with Davanti to ensure their stylish British-engineered vehicle modifications were fitted with great British-engineered tyres.

Sterling will showcase their stunning array of light commercial van modifications that can add luxury, comfort and an element of uniquely British cool to any van.

For Davanti Tyres the CV Show comes at the perfect time to present Vantoura 4-Seasons – their new all-season commercial van tyre.

One of Davanti’s new range of next-generation tyres, Vantoura offers enhanced wet and cold weather performance to 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake standard.

This means not only can it handle extreme winter conditions but, for vans that need to drive in continental Europe, there is no longer a need to change to winter tyres for part of the year to remain road-legal.

“Vantoura is perfect for all van drivers,” said Sean Maddocks, Davanti Sales Director for the UK and Ireland.

“It removes the hassle of changing tyres seasonally without compromising on safety and handling.

“For British van drivers who don’t legally have to change their tyres for winter, it offers improved winter and wet weather control over using a pure summer tyre.

“When your van is your livelihood, staying safe on the road is critical – Vantoura 4-Seasons is designed to keep you moving no matter what.

“Commercial applications can be incredibly versatile, which is why in addition to the Vantoura we are showcasing our existing DX440 – which is OE on the LEVC VN5 electric van – Protoura Sport, which is suitable for van conversions with 20-inch plus wheel sizes and Terratoura A/T, for commercial pickups that absolutely need to conquer any terrain.”

Blackburn-based Sterling will be showing off their customer Ford Transit – which highlights their bespoke interior styling and added comfort plus their attention-grabbing exterior bodywork designs.

Davanti tyres are fitted across Sterling’s range of re-imagined premium cars and vans and Sterling Managing Director Carl Williamson said rooting their vehicle modifications in British creativity and expertise was their central philosophy.

“Using the latest in design cues and 3D printing technology, Sterling Automotive can give any vehicle, including vans, a look that is unique yet grounded in a distinctly British sense of style,” he said.

“Whether you are a sole trader, a small business owner or a company running a fleet, your vans don’t have to be boring. Creating a unique look can help establish your brand in a customer’s mind.

“Creating a stunning and comfortable interior meanwhile makes getting from job to job a more pleasant experience. Together Sterling and Davanti offer van drivers a more satisfying driving experience.”

Vantoura is initially available in 11 common 15” and 16” van fitments. Visit www.davanti-tyres.com/dealers to find your local authorised Davanti outlet and ask about Vantoura.
