The BTMA board is pleased to announce that Darren Lindsey will take the role of Chief Executive of the BTMA on Graham Willson’s retirement at the end of April.
Darren will be familiar to many in the industry. With over 25 years’ experience in national and international missions, Darren brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new function.
Darren Lindsey said: “I am honoured to be entrusted with this important role. I look forward to taking up the challenge of its many different facets and of building on the work that Graham has undertaken over many years”
Graham Willson said: “It’s been a privilege to represent the leading tyre manufacturers, not only to government and NGOs but also within the community of industry associations. Through our various actions, many of them in collaboration with other associations, we have continued to successfully defend and shape the tyre industry in an increasingly changing environment. I wish Darren every success as he takes on this exciting and challenging role”.
Jamie Stevens, BTMA Chairman said: “We are deeply indebted to Graham for his time as Chief Executive which has seen many changes to the industry and its people. We look forward to working with Darren as he takes the Association forward into its next chapter. We wish Graham a long and healthy retirement”.
