Cooper Tire Europe Launches New Dealer Portal for Customers

Cooper Tire Europe is proud to have launched a new Dealer Portal for customers, marking an important step in its mission to become the most user-friendly customer and consumer facing tyre manufacturer to work with.

By combining and enhancing Cooper Tire Europe’s existing tools, the Dealer Portal will enable customers to stay up to date with developments across the business in one portal, with one login.

Initially published in English, the Dealer Portal will soon be available in German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch.

What is included in the Dealer Portal?

Brand assets:

The previously standalone Brand Portal is now incorporated within the Dealer Portal. Moving forward, proactive communications will be sent to customers when new content is available, ensuring that they never miss an update. Assets include product photographs, brand images, videos, logos, brand guidelines and more.

News and newsletters:

In addition to showcasing the latest news via the homepage, customers will be able to sign up for regular newsletters. Future communications will include notifications on new content, a quarterly roundup of assets available on the portal, information about product updates and releases, and the latest corporate news.

E-University:

The E-University provides customers with contactless product training, on demand. Current modules include basic training, sales and business advice, and individual product guides – which will be added to in 2021 with a series of new videos featuring Ultra-High Performance and Safety Ambassador, David Coulthard.
