Continental has introduced the ContiGuarantee, a self-registration warranty programme designed to offer financial support against eligible tyre damage occurring within 12 months of purchase.
The initiative makes its debut in the UK commercial vehicle market following its success across transportation and mobility areas in other markets, and most recently in the UK bicycle market. Its easy-to-use, fully digital platform has been designed to offer operators peace of mind and extra protection for their purchases.
Applying exclusively to brand-new CrossTrac commercial tyres at launch, the programme enables customers to register eligible tyres online, creating a record of the products covered and allowing eligible claims to be submitted through the same online platform. Should qualifying tyre damage occur within the 12-month warranty period, operators can log into their ContiGuarantee account, select the relevant pre-registered tyre and begin the claims process.
