It’s the biggest celebration of Tyre Pressure Monitoring System excellence and after months of careful planning, Autogem can confirm that Under Pressure is back, bigger and better than ever before!
Under Pressure ’24 will be open to TPMS technicians across the UK, who will be challenged to identify, diagnose and remedy a number of everyday issues as part of an award-winning competition that keeps on building momentum.
In its third successive year, Autogem can confirm that its TPMS talent contest will be the most ambitious instalment yet, with more finalists expected to be announced and the final itself confirmed for the flagship Pirelli Performance Centre (PPC) in Burton-upon-Trent on June 26.
Under Pressure ’24 remains the only dedicated campaign to celebrate excellence in TPMS customer engagement and technical resolution. It is testament to Autogem’s ‘cycle of improvement’ ethos, which is comprised of a comprehensive programme of support and round-the-clock training for its industry leading portfolio of products. It also represents a further commitment to position the technology as a stand-alone category on a par with brakes, batteries, tyres or any other aspect of motoring care.
Categories for participating TPMS technicians will be comprised of large retailer network, small retailer and an under-23 element. Qualifying rounds will take place between May 28 and May 30 with the grand final on June 26. In an impressive show of strength, Autogem can boast its biggest line-up of premium sponsors, who have confirmed their association with the competition.
Select industry VIPs will also be invited to the final itself to learn more about TPMS excellence in an Under Pressure first, even if they’re not customers or haven’t nominated any of their technicians to take part.
Managing Director Prashant Chopra said: “We’re thrilled to announce that Under Pressure is returning for a third consecutive year. The trust and loyalty so many thousands of workshops have shown by supporting our TPMS programme motivates us to remain absolutely committed to this event. We’re so passionate about raising standards, sharing knowledge, collaborating and promoting our installers partners. We want to keep raising the bar in TPMS excellence and remind the industry that it’s a vital area of the aftermarket that is becoming increasingly important for retailers.”
The competition will be open to all UK tyre technicians using Autogem’s patented i-sensorTM technology.
