Alliance Expands Agriflex+ 363 Range

Alliance, a leading global brand of agricultural and off-highway tyres, is extending its Agriflex+ 363 XT and Agriflex+ 363 row-crop range with six higher load-index specifications. The additions respond to the growing size and capacity of self-propelled sprayers.

Modern sprayers are carrying larger tanks and operating with longer booms. These developments increase the loads placed on their tires and raise the need for stable behaviour when the machine is fully loaded and the boom is extended. The new Alliance specifications give equipment manufacturers, dealers and operators additional fitment choices for these duties.

The six additions comprise five sizes in the Agriflex+ 363 XT pattern and one in the Agriflex+ 363 pattern. All are VF radial R-1 specifications for narrow row-crop applications and are listed in Alliance’s September 2026 price list.

Higher Load Capacity for Evolving Sprayer Designs

The higher load indices are designed for the heavier operating weights of the latest sprayers. When the application requires it, the specifications can be used at the higher inflation pressures set out in Alliance’s technical data. The resulting strong sidewall supports machine stability under load, while the higher carrying capacity helps operators make productive use of larger tank volumes.

Correct inflation pressure remains essential. Operators should set pressure for the actual axle load, speed and tire specification rather than use one setting for every task. This allows the VF casing to work within its designed load-pressure range and helps maintain dependable performance in the field and on the road.

Row-crop sprayers commonly work on dedicated tramlines within precision-farming systems. Keeping machines on these established wheel paths protects the cropped area outside the traffic lanes from wheel contact. The new higher-load specifications allow the tire choice to follow this operating model as sprayer capacities increase.

The range extension gives sprayer operators and dealers:

  • Higher carrying capacity: New load indices cover the demands of larger tanks and heavier operating weights.
  • Stability under load: The approved inflation-pressure range provides the strong sidewall stiffness required by high-capacity sprayers and long booms.
  • A broader row-crop choice: Five Agriflex+ 363 XT fitments and one Agriflex+ 363 fitment extend the range across rim diameters from 32 to 54 inches.
  • Support for precision farming: The narrow VF fitments are intended for sprayers working within established crop rows and dedicated traffic lanes.
