Bond International Begins Construction of Landmark New Headquarters

Bond International has officially commenced construction of its new headquarters at its Pocklington site, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and long-term investment strategy.

The state-of-the-art facility will provide accommodation for more than 200 employees, substantially increasing capacity compared with the company’s current office space. The development reflects Bond’s rapid expansion since 2019 and will provide the infrastructure needed to support the next phase of the business’s growth.

The new headquarters will span four floors and has been designed to create a modern, collaborative, and inspiring working environment. The first three floors will comprise high-quality office accommodation, featuring a range of meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, and breakout areas designed to encourage innovation and teamwork.

The fourth floor has been dedicated entirely to employee wellbeing and leisure facilities. These include a fully equipped gym with showers and changing facilities, a yoga studio, golf simulator, Formula 1 simulator, pool room, and an on-site nursery.

The development has been designed by architects Franklin Ellis, with project management services provided by Edmond Shipway. Clegg Construction has been appointed as the main contractor, with completion anticipated in July 2027.

CEO of Bond International, Charlie Bond, said: “I am delighted this project has started and we can all look forward to having an incredible place to work. The staff in the business are incredibly important to me and it is great to be able to reward them for the hard work they put into the business. The whole team are very excited about moving in and moving on to the next chapter for the company.”

He added: “My father would have been incredibly proud and it is fitting we plan to call the building Reg Bond House. He started the business and without him none of this would exist.”

The new headquarters represents a major investment in both the future of Bond International and the wellbeing of its employees, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating an exceptional workplace while supporting its continued growth across the UK.
