Zhou Lingkun has been the new President and CEO of Linglong Tire since March 16 and took over the operational management of the tyre manufacturer with the aim of optimising the company’s corporate governance structure. Meanwhile, his predecessor Wang Feng, whose family controls the company’s shares, retains the role of Head of the Company’s Board of Directors as Chairman.
Prior to joining Linglong Tire, Zhou Lingkun, born in 1974 and a graduate of the renowned Zhejiang University, worked for international consulting and IT companies such as Arthur Andersen, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. Most recently, he was President of the Enterprise Technology and Performance Business Group and a member of the Board of Deloitte China.
