UK-based independent tyre wholesaler, Oak Group Holdings, has announced it will be expanding into Wales following the recent acquisition of a 155,150 square feet storage and distribution facility in Newport.
This will be the eighth warehouse for the company and its first in Wales, with operations starting summer 2026. The new facility will allow for stronger distribution across the region, thanks to its ability to store over 250,000 tyres, alongside a comprehensive fleet of heavy goods vehicles.
This new facility which follows the opening of Oak Group Holdings’ Warrington warehouse just last year, will enable the continued prompt delivery times and efficient customer service that Oak is renowned for, as well as increasing the overall accessibility to Oak’s product offering.
