DUNLOP has launched a new pan-European communications campaign on Warner Bros. Discovery’s broadcast and digital platforms during the 2026 Australian Open (18 January – 1 February). Through extensive coverage on Eurosport’s linear TV channels in mainland Europe and TNT Sports in the UK and Ireland, DUNLOP will reach a broad sports-loving audience in 46 European countries, exclusively in many markets, including Germany and Austria. As part of the campaign, DUNLOP will act as a sponsorship partner for Australian Open coverage, transferring values such as precision, performance and reliability from professional tennis to the tyre industry.
DUNLOP has been a key partner of the Australian Open for many years and serves as the official ball supplier for one of the world’s most prestigious tennis tournaments. Building on this long-standing association with elite international sport, DUNLOP is leveraging the global appeal of the event to further strengthen its brand presence across the European market.
The media package emphasises high visibility through sponsorship bumpers during premium TV broadcasts of the Australian Open, which will also be available via Eurosport’s linear streams on HBO Max and discovery+. These bumpers will appear in all live and replay broadcasts as well as highlight summaries, ensuring continuous brand presence among key target groups throughout the tournament. Additional awareness will be generated by linking the bumpers to Australian Open promotional trailers in other high-reach programming environments before and during the event.
This activation around the first Grand Slam of the year reinforces DUNLOP’s positioning in international tennis and highlights its enduring partnership with the tournament.
The campaign will run throughout the core period of the Australian Open, accompanying the event from the opening match to the final. As the official ball partner of the Australian Open and other tournaments in the Summer of Tennis, DUNLOP continues its commitment to both professional and amateur tennis, a tradition that began more than 100 years ago when DUNLOP first manufactured tennis balls in the United Kingdom. This partnership represents quality, innovation and unwavering support for tennis at all levels.
