Independent tyre and auto service provider New Bridgegate Tyres Ltd has opened a new flagship Autocare centre in Middlesbrough, further strengthening its network across the North East and boosting its servicing capabilities for both private and fleet customers.
The new eponymous site is located on the Tees Advanced Manufacturing Park in Middlesbrough and provides full tyre fitting and wheel alignment for private motorists and larger fleet operators, including those with light commercial vehicles. As with all of its sites, the business is committed to upholding the exceptional service levels it has become known for across the region, with directors actively involved in day-to-day operations to ensure high standards and reliable customer care.
The opening has created five new local jobs across management and technician roles, while also expanding the capacity of the company’s established mobile servicing operations. These are supported by a fleet of around-the-clock response vehicles providing 24-hour tyre assistance and roadside tyre fitting, as well as maintenance for cars, trucks, buses, agricultural machinery and aviation equipment.

The new centre is the company’s fifth site, joining its established locations in Barnard Castle, Newton Aycliffe, Birtley and Newcastle. The expansion is part of a planned, broader growth strategy which includes closer operational links between these sites and the sharing of resources, particularly in fleet servicing. The new location will provide greater flexibility and coverage for customers throughout the North East.
