Massimo Tyres has added another exciting name to its growing list of motorsport ambassadors, with the announcement that Liam Hunt, better known in drifting circles as “CEODrifter” is joining the tyre brand for the 2025 season. Known for his imaginative vehicle builds and raw, relatable content, Hunt is the latest in a string of intriguing sponsorships made by the tyre manufacturer, who continue to build a diverse and exciting motorsports portfolio in the UK.
Liam’s inclusion rounds off a strong ambassador lineup for Massimo Tyres this year. Already representing the brand on the drift circuit is fan favourite Vikki Weaver-Lynch, while rising motorsport star Mary Barnard, fresh off her 2024 British Women Racing Drivers’ Club VIP Adrenaline Trophy win, continues to make waves under the Massimo banner. Young karting prodigy Haydn Eldridge is also on the roster, hailed by insiders as one to watch, and the brand remains heavily invested in grassroots racing with their sponsorship of the MX5 Cup by 5Club Racing. Beyond motorsport, Massimo also extended its reach into football as the official tyre partner for Gateshead Football Club throughout the 2024–25 season.
For Liam Hunt, the partnership is less about brand alignment and more about genuine belief in the product. “I used Massimo Tyres all throughout last year’s drift season, and I couldn’t fault them,” he said. “I put them through absolute hell on the track, and the performance never dropped. I love driving on them, so this partnership just makes total sense.”
A builder at heart, Hunt’s passion for modifying machines started in childhood, customising everything from go-karts to gaming controllers in a pursuit to make things faster, stronger, and more distinct. Today, that same spirit drives his content and competition cars, which he uses to entertain and inspire a growing online audience.
Bringing Liam into the fold completes Massimo Tyres’ motorsport lineup for the 2025 season. And with a clear focus on exciting, emerging talent from across multiple disciplines, it’s clear the brand is building more than just a team, they’re cultivating a culture. With Liam Hunt now in the mix, it’s safe to say they’ve made another serious addition.
A spokesperson for Massimo Tyres said, “Liam’s energy, creativity, and authenticity are exactly what we look for in a brand ambassador,” said a Massimo Tyres spokesperson. “He’s been running our tyres by choice for over a year now, and the way he pushes them to the limit and still gets results speaks volumes. Bringing him on officially felt like the natural next step, and we’re genuinely excited for what’s to come.”
