ZC Rubber successfully showcased its latest tyre innovations at the SEMA Show 2024 in Las Vegas from November 5-8, with the North American debut of its WESTLAKE Gen II Truck Tyres and new additions to the ARISUN PCR lineup.

ZC Rubber previewed its WESTLAKE Gen II Truck Tyre lineup at SEMA 2024, setting the stage for a comprehensive North American launch with 13 tread designs crafted to meet diverse commercial needs
The WESTLAKE Gen II series, engineered for long-haul, regional, and mixed-service applications, incorporates advanced technologies like PSCT (Pre Strain Contour Theory) to reduce tyre deformation, the Ultra Hybrid Formula for lower rolling resistance, and Belt-Wrap Technology (BWT) for enhanced tyre life, stability, and fuel efficiency.

The full lineup made its debut with four key patterns at SEMA—SL11, DA25, ZA12, and ZM41.
- W-Elite SL11 (STEER POSITION/Long Haul): Designed with a solid shoulder and advanced tread compounds, the SL11 steer/all position tyre is engineered to endure long to regional conditions, ensuring durability alongside optimal wear, fuel efficiency, and cost-per-mile effectiveness. SmartWay-verified, it features a wide shoulder for enhanced stability, decoupling grooves with tread block edge sipes for uniform ground contact and tread wear, and section sipes to boost wet traction performance.
- W-Elite DA25 (DRIVE POSITION/Long Haul): Engineered for all-weather and winter conditions with 3PMSF certification, offering reliability and traction while effectively lowering fuel expenses, the DA25 provides durable, even wear with a tread depth of 26/32nd, lowering operational costs while extending tread life.
- W-Elite ZA12 (STEER/ALL POSITION/Regional): Ideal for regional routes, this SmartWay-verified tyre delivers stability, fuel efficiency, and uniform wear. It features a solid shoulder for enhanced handling, fuel savings compound for improved fuel economy, and balanced void volume for increased road grip and effective water drainage.
- W-Elite ZM41 (ALL POSITION/Mixed Service): The mixed service application tyre is built to excel in both on-road and off-road environments, capable of carrying heavy loads at lower speeds across a variety of road conditions, from normal to aggressive. The optimised lug pattern enhances grip and handling, while a cut- and chip-resistant compound increases durability in rugged environments. Advanced stone rejectors protect the casing, and reinforced casing construction supports extended durability and retreadability.
ARISUN AGGRESSOR ZP11 and ARESTA A/T ZG16
ZC Rubber also expanded its ARISUN passenger tyre lineup with two exciting additions tailored to diverse driving needs:
- ARISUN AGGRESSOR ZP11 (HP): Ideal for high-performance drivers, the AGGRESSOR ZP11 offers responsive steering and stability at high speeds. Its four main grooves improve wet traction and reduce hydroplaning, while high-density siping enhances braking for solid control on both wet and dry roads.
- ARISUN ARESTA A/T ZG16: Built for off-road enthusiasts, the ARESTA ZG06 provides dependable grip on mud and loose surfaces with Side-Biter lugs. Its aggressive shoulder design resists cuts and abrasions, making it tough enough for rugged terrains and extreme adventures.
