Point S UK has strengthened its team with five strategic appointments, as one of the UK’s leading independent tyre dealer and garage network continues to expand its footprint and enhance support for members across the country.
The network has appointed David Flood as UK Sales Manager, Gareth Bowen as Commercial Manager, Warren Graham as Business Development Manager Southeast, and Rahib Ahsan as Finance Manager, while Andy Tester has been promoted to Field Operations Manager. The appointments reinforce Point S’s commitment to delivering industry-leading commercial, operational, and business development support to its network of independent tyre dealers and workshops.
The appointments come during a period of sustained high growth for the network, with increasing membership numbers and a growing demand from independent businesses seeking the support, expertise, and buying power required to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving automotive aftermarket.
The hires further strengthen Point S’s ability to support members at both a regional and national level, helping independent businesses unlock new growth opportunities, improve operational performance, and maximise profitability.
Ali Yilmaz, Managing Director of Point S UK, said: “These appointments represent another important milestone in the growth of our network and reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in the people, expertise, and resources that help our members succeed.”
“As our network continues to expand, it is essential that we have the right team in place to provide the highest levels of support to independent tyre dealers and workshops across the UK. By strengthening our capabilities across sales, business development, and commercial functions, we are ensuring that members can continue to access the guidance, opportunities, and support they need to grow their businesses.”
The appointments form part of Point S’s wider growth strategy, which focuses on expanding its national presence while continuing to champion independent automotive businesses. By investing in experienced people and strengthening its support infrastructure, the network is ensuring members are well positioned to thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
